- Take 12 oz Mussels, scrubbed and debearded
- Get 12 baby clams
- Make ready 6 oz scallops, rinsed
- Prepare 2 oz white wine
- Make ready 1 oz shallots diced
- Take 1 tostadas or tortilla chips
