Moong daal cheela- Breakfast should be the most important meal of the day so it have to be healthy and filling to keep up our energy level till lunch time. In Stuffing is optional ,you can have the cheela plain or stuff with potato mixture or paneer mixture ,choice is yours ,but it taste awesome both ways.   1. Soak moong dal for 2 hours Now.Drain the water.Then grind it with, green chilli,salt and hing. Add little water if required.
  2. Transfer it into a bowl. If it is thick add some water to adjust chilla consistency.
  3. For filling heat 1tbsp oil in a pan,add grated ginger, chopped green chilli,hing and onion.Roast it for 1 mintue add veggies,salt jeera and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for few minutes. Don't over cook.Let it cool. Then add grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves.Mix well.
  4. Now heat non stick tawa.Add some oil,wipe extra oil. Then pour ladleful batter on tawa. Spread it gently in round shape.
  5. Pour some oil around and over chilla. Cook it on medium heat till light brown.
  6. Now flip it and cook it other side pressing gently. Now put some veggies & paneer filling and fold chilla.
  7. Now stuffed moong chila is ready. Serve with green chutney.

I don't use only moong (green gram) to make this cheela or dosa. In summers I add rice flour to make moong dosa and during winter I add maize flour (makki ka.
