- Put off flame and let pressure release itself.Open the lid,mix dal with a laddle.Add dal masala,mix.
- Heat ghee in a small pan,add xumin seeds.When crackle add grated garlic,saute for 30 seconds.Add onion and chopped green chilli,fry till golden.Add chopped tomatoe.Cook till soft.
- Add to dal.Lasuni palak dal is ready to serve.
- Serve wirh hot boiled rice or chapatis.
