- Take a round shape cutter.Dip it in leftover cornflour & make rounds in the dough.
- Take out the excess potatoes from all sides. With the help of straw,make eyes but first,dip it in cornflour. With the help of spoon,make smile.
- Do the same process with leftover potatoes. Heat oil & deep fry them.
- Garnish with chat masala & serve hot with tomato ketchup.
