  3. Pour in ur palmoil, allow it hot
  4. Then pour d grated pepper,onion nd tomatoes
  5. Allow it done Add salt,Maggi,locust bean,Cray fish,stock,stock fish
  6. Stir together and allow it to cook vry well
  7. Wash ur diced veg,efo shoko,u cn also use another type of efo
  8. Den add the efo to the stew,stir together,
  9. Add FRIED chicken nd stir together
  10. Leave it till done
  11. Serve with the Amala
