- Afterwards prepare a seekh with the skewers tie at least 6 wooden skewers together and wrap a foil paper so that easily we could apply the meat on the seekh and remove.
- Lastly fry them on low flame with in very less oil on a pan here we go. Can be taken with pav or parathas with salad of your choice and chutneys.
