  1. First of all cut meat into pieces. Wash it and put in strainer. Also cut onion, tomatoes and put aside.
  2. Take oil in a deep pan, add onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add mutton and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Now put it in one side of the pan and vacate the other side.
  5. In the empty side of pan put tomatoes, crushed coriander and cumin seeds, green chillies, red chillies, masala and sprinkle salt. Also add water.
  6. Now cover tomatoes under the already cooked meat and other ingredients.
  7. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the cover and mix all ingredients and cook for more 5 minutes on low flame.
