  4. Take a ballsize from dough and makes roti with the help of rolling board and pin.
  5. Prepared the makkei roti, and spread butter.
  6. Heat a pan add oil than add besan fry it finely.
  7. Heat a pan add oil add hing and jeera, than add the mixture ofsarso ka sag, mix with ginger and green chilli.
  8. When water is soaked than add salt, and roasted besan. Mix it well. Add garam masala.
  9. Sarso ka sag is ready. Add 1tbsp butter.
  10. Serve the makkei ka roti and sarso ka sag.

Note: Makki ki roti is little hard to roll that is the reason I decided to use potatoes. Makki ki roti is an Indian unleavened flatbread prepared with maize flour aka cornmeal.
