- Add water and knead soft dough. Cover it and keep a side for 10 min.
- After 15 min see the onions. It released the water. Now take a cloth. Take out all marinated onions in it. Squeeze it and get all water out with hand. So all the sharpness will come out and all masala favour absorb by the onions.
- Take squeezed marinated onion in a bowl. Add grated cheese, Chopped coriandor leaves. Mix it well stuffing is ready.
- After all ingredients for kulcha ready. Grease the hand. Knead the dough again. Make a roll. Cut it into equal parts.
- Now take one part. Flatten in Ur hand. Place the stuffing (11/2 tbsp). Seal it and make the ball. Get all the stuffed balls ready.
- Now apply or grease it with oil. Stick the Onion seeds and rosemary on it.
- Roll the kulcha with rolling pin. Heat up the tava on low medium flame. Place the rolled tava on it. Let half cooked from both the sides. Take the kulcha on the direct heat on gas.
- Roast it from both the sides. Super crispy kulcha is ready. Take it on flat surface apply ghee. Cut it and serve
- Serve it with green chillies, butter and green Chutney
