I used a lot of baking soda and that resulted in a very bitter taste :/ and so I modified the recipe again till I was. - Apply oil stick the Onion seeds and rosemary on it. Take one ball on flat surface roll the kulcha with soft hand.
- Heat up the griddle /tava on Medium flame. Placed the roll kulcha on tava. Half cook one side flip it to another side let it half cook. Now take kulcha on the direct heat.
- Roast it from both the sides. Crunchy crispy kulcha is ready.
- Take it on flat surface. Apply ghee on it. Get all kulcha ready in same way. Serve with butter, green chillies and ketchup.
