  1. Method for the base: Cream the butter with sugar, add egg, vanilla and beat, add flour, baking powder, salt. Mix to form a soft dough. Separate into 2 parts. Press the dough into 2 greased tart dishes and bake at 180°c for 15mins until light brown. Press the middle of tart down lightly.
