- Soak cashews poppy seeds and melon seeds and make a fine paste
- Heat oil and butter in pan and add the whole masala
- Now add cashew paste and cook it for few minutes. Stir it continuously
- Now add tomato paste and salt and cook for few more minutes
- Add fresh cream and all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil
- Now add milk and cook till it is thick
- When it's about to cook add kasoori methi butter and honey and cook for few seconds
- Now add pane er cubes and cook for 3-5 minutes more and then off the gas and close the pan with lid and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving
