  1. Firstly, only the sugar, tomato puree and vinegar are actually essential, all the other ingredients are up to your own taste buds !
  2. Tablespoon of cornflour mixed with the sugar
  3. Chuck all together and add some water into the mixture - until it all stirred up together, but not too much as you don't want it watery and you can always add more water if you like
  4. Roll the pork ribs or chicken wings, - Leave to marinate for as long as possible overnight, - Not essential but more tasty - Cook at a medium temperature. Xxxxxxxxxxx

Dark soy sauce adds more depth in flavor and the meat becomes darker in color. However, you can easily omit it, if its not available in your area. Or pull an Eric and dunk them in the sauce completely. (The ribs are cooked. Remove from the grill and cover with foil until ready to serve. Serve ribs with the remaining sauce.
