  3. For the juice,wash the mango and cut into smaller pieces.add into a blender jar,add sugar and ginger and some water. Blend till smooth.sieve with some chilled water.pour into glasses and enjoy.

Cook over gentle heat until liquid is absorbed. Stir gently with a fork, and add a little water from time to time until rice is cooked. Serve hot with a meat dish. (Some favorite meat dishes with rice and beans are: stuffed baked chicken, stew chicken, stew fish, fried fish or meat balls). Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Stir in rind and saffron; add water, clam juice, and tomatoes.
