  4. Then add a glass of water, close the lid of the cooker. Cook till 5-6 whistles
  5. When the pressure releases churn it with wooden girdle.
  6. Heat oil in a small tadka pan, add chopped garlic. Fry till golden,add this seasoning to the sabji. Immediately close the lid again to retain the flavor of garlic.
