- Now drop pakora in that curd liquid and cook it for another 1/2 an hour then switch off the flame.
- For tempering, in a tempering pan, add oil, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, asafoetida and bay leaves and allow it crackle.
- Then pour it over kadhi.
- Your kadhi is ready to serve.
- Serve it with steamed rice.
