- Take a pan and add 1 teaspoon oil in it. Let it get hot and add cumin seeds in it. Let it cook for 1 min and add green chillies, and ginger paste in it. Cook it for another 1 min and add onion in it. Cook it for 10 min on medium flame and add tomato in it. Cook it till tomato softens and then switch off the flame and keep it aside for cooling.
- Take presoaked Cashewnuts and grind it with 3 teaspoon water to form smooth paste.
- Take onion tomatoes mixture and grind it to form smooth paste and keep it aside.
- Take another pan and add 1 teaspoon oil and 2 teaspoon butter in it. Melt it and add bay leaves, elachi, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it. Cook it for 1 min and add tomato paste in it. Cook it till it lefts oil. Add cashewnuts paste after 5 min.
- After the tomato paste is cooked properly, add salt, sugar, cream in it and cook it for another 5 min. Top up with kasuri methi and our gravy is ready.
- For naan, take small piece of dough and roll it in shape of naan. Apply water on one side of naan and make it on tawa. Top up naan with butter.
