  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Curd
  3. Take 1/2 tsp Garlic paste

  17. Make ready 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  18. Take 1/4 cup Fresh cream

Instructions to make Chicken patiala:
  1. Wash the chicken and marinate it with curd, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt.
  2. Mix it properly together and keep it aside.
  3. Heat up oil in a pan add cinnamon stick, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell goes.
  4. Now add chopped onions and fry till it's nice brown.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Saute for few minutes and then add tomatoes chopped. Saute till it's soft.
  6. Add water and take half of the masala and keep it aside. To the remaining masala add the chicken mix and cover and cook till it's done.
  7. Take another pan add oil, then add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic chopped, kasuri methi. Saute and then add diced onion and tomatoes. Saute for few minutes.
  8. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds. Mix it properly. Add the remaining half masala and cashew paste. Saute this 3-4 minutes
  9. Add salt, water mix and then add garam masala, kasuri methi. Cover and cook for another 2 minutes and then add fresh cream and serve.
