- Prepare 2 tbsp crayfish blended

- Pick beans, wash and perboil once it's almost tender add corn and allow everything cook through
- In a small pot pour in palm oil, once its hot, add onions stir and add the smoked fish after 5 minutes add pepper, then salt, knorr cube, crayfish and allow it cook for about 10mins
- Finally stir in the beans into the palm oil paste and stir properly cook on low heat for another 5 to 8mins
- Turn off heat and serve hot
I know beans is the Yoruba variation of Ewa but I'm not quite sure about the Adalu bit (Maybe I'll do some research later! For now, let's stick with beans and corn). My first encounter with this recipe wasn't exactly one of love. I had been terribly hungry and my granny came up with the option of beans.
