- In a blender jar cut to tomato in four parts and add green chilli along with ginger.blend together to forma paste.next put a pressure cooker on medium flame and melt ghee in it. and add Hong with cumin seeds in to it.add haldi powder and red chilli powder. Saute for a few seconds.
- After sauting the spices, put the tomato paste in the cooker.
- Pour 1/2-cup water in cooker, close the lid and cook for one whistle.turn off the flame and let the cooker cool on it's own Moong Dal Palak is ready to serve.enjoy with roti,or butter nan or rice.
