- Make ready 1 tsp White pepper
- Get 1 tsp Eno

- Make ready 1 bowl grated coconut
- Prepare 2 tbsp peanuts
- Take 2 green chilli
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Make ready 2 tsp curd
Sawa ke chawal when paired up with sago pearls makes a perfect uttapam. Using a flat spatula lift uttapam and flip it over. Gently press it down and cook it from the other side. Once the toppings are cooked flip it back up.

- Soak the sabudana dip in water for 1/2 hour…
- Now mix all the ingredients with curd…. Add oil jeera vaghar also… Keep for sometime..
- Now take nonstick pan add oil than add batter of handva.. Cook it for 30 minutes

- Mix all ingredients except paneer and pomegranate..
- Make small uttapam on nonstick pan.. Put grated paneer on oneside…
