Steps to make Dal meat:
  1. Soak 1 cup dal in 2 cups of water for 1/2 an hour.Take microwave bowl add salt turmeric ginger garlic asafoetida etc and cook for 14 minutes with lid covered.

Now take a pressure cooker add oil and saute onion and cumin seeds 1 tsp till pinkish add tomato and cook till mushy and soft,add mutton and all masalas and cook for 2 whistles then cool and open and saute for two minute add 1 cup of water and give 3-4 whistles on med flame now cool and open the pressure cooker mutton should be soft add dal and mix it garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves
