- Chop all vegetables and boil sweet corn and keep everything ready.
- In a mixer jar, powder oats and almonds finely. I have taken double quantity for other use too.
- Keep the sauces and spread ready, mix some water if they look very thick.
- Grease pizza tray. I have used one 10 inch tray and two 9 inch pizza pan.
- In a bowl take flour make a well in the centre add salt, honey, oil, yeast and herbs. Pourluke warm water in the centre and mix well. Knead a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes until it is smooth.
- Oats, almonds and whole wheat flour contains lot of roughage so it may absorb more liquid so add accordingly. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
- After 39 minutes tou will see the dough has risen
- Divide dough in three part and roll over a greased surface.
- Smooth on top.
- At this point preheat oven @200°c
- Spread like a disc with the help of palms and place over the tray.
- Spread sauce and spread. Arrange veggies generously. Sprinkle cheese and sprinkle seasonings. Place in the oven and bake till side brown and cheese melts. Approximately 10-15 minutes
- Slice and serve hot at any time of the day.
