Steps to make Stuffed Moong Dal Chilla Chaat:
- #For Chilla:
- Wash and rinse split moong dal and green moong dal and soak with enough water covering them at least 2 hours.
- After 2 hours discard the excess water. Grind the soaked dal green chilli and ginger to thick smooth paste. Add a very little water if required.
- Add salt and mix well. Add water if required. The batter has to be not too thick nor too thin it should be of medium consistency. Allow the mixture to rest for 15-20 minutes.

- Heat oil in a pan. Add green chilli and ginger paste and saute few seconds. Add cabbage and carrot and saute for 2 minutes. Now add tricolour bellpeppers and mix well. Add salt and saute for 4-5 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and add paneer and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
- #To Make Chilla:
- Heat a nonstick pan on a medium low heat. Once hot pour a scoop of batter in centre and with help of spatula spread it into a round shape.
- Drizzle some oil towards the edges and fry until crisp and golden brown. Flip upside down and cook for few seconds and flip it again.
- Place stuffing in the centre. Then fold as shown in picture giving it roll like shape. Serve hot with green Chutney sweet chutney and tomato sauce.

- Arrange chilla in a shallow plate, spread enough portion of the stuffing evenly over it. Cover it with another chilla.
- Top these with curd and sweet chutney as much as you want.
- Add onions, cucumbers, tomatoes.
- Sprinkle some salt cumin powder and pepper powder on it.Garnish with coriander leaves. Sprinkle sev on top. Serve Chilla Chaat immediately.
