- Add coconut and pistachio to remaining mixture in pot and cook remaining half until its thick and reduced to a paste like consistency as shown in picture
- Khoya is ready when a paste is form, let it cool
- Take white bread, remove sides and roll it flat with a pin roller (belan)
- Put small amount of khoya inside bread and roll it,
- Place all rolls in a dish and add Rabri we made on top of it covering top and sides, chill it in fridge for 20-30 minutes and serve cold
- Garnish with cardamom and tuti fruit.Enjoy the taste of khopra and cardamom inside with khoya outside
