  1. Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds after it cracks add urad dhal and channa dhal.
  2. After color changes add onion and curry leaves. Saute till golden brown.
  3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder mix 2 minutes. Now add all vegetables and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add ½ cup water. Cover with lid and cook till the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add grated coconut and mix. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with steamed rice and any curry.
