  6. 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, dal kar mix karein
  7. Pona cup water dal kar batter ready kar lein.
  8. Potato wedges batter mein dip kar ke tray me rakhty jayen
  9. Sare aise ready kar lein. 1 hour ke liye freezer mein rakh dein. Ta ke batter achi trah potato wedges par lg Jaye or fry krty wqt batter ni utrega.
  10. 1 hour baad freezer se nikal lein. Karahi me oil garam karein. Medium to high flame par fry karein
  11. Fry hojaye to nikal lein. Mint tomato chutni ke sath serve karein
