- Add boiled and mashed potatoes, peanuts, ginger, green chillies, coriander, jeera, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
- Make 10-12 balls with this mixture and flatten them to make vadas. - Deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve sabudana vadas hot with curd or green chutney.
