Whisk together the lemon juice, vegetable oil, plain yogurt, garlic, tomato paste, salt, oregano, pepper, allspice, cinnamon We ate it with brown rice and spinach and I cooked it under the broiler. - After this take BBQ sticks and apply chicken and vegetables on it and place in pan with heated oil 2 tbsp. Let them cool until chicken gets golden brown.
- On other hand.. take a dixy and add oil 2 tbsp then add chopped garlic and carrots and saute for 2-3 mins. Then add all rice, capsicum and black pepper according to taste. And mix well until some colour changes of rice.
