- Mix the sabudana and potatoes.
- In a frying dry roast the peanuts then grind it to get a coarse powder.
- Now add this peanut powder along with salt, 1tsp of sugar, green chillies and coriander leaves to the sabudana and potato mixture and mix them very well.
- Using your palms mould flat, round vadas from the mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the vadas till they have turned golden brown in colour.
- Take them out on a kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.
- Serve them with hari chutney and dahi and enjoy 😋
