- In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and roast peanuts and then grind them.
- In a mixing bowl add, 1 cup overnight soaked sabudana and grated boiled potatoes and grind peanuts.
- To that add salt, kashmiri red chilli powder and black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves. Use sendha namak in case of fast.
- Mix well and make small ball from them.
- Heat a appe stand and add some oil and place small balls in appe stand. Cover and cook for 4 minutes.
- Once appe turn golden from bottom, flip them and cover and cook on other side.
- Serve with hot tea and ENJOY!!!
