Instructions to make Chicken BBQ rice:
- Prepare chicken mixture. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, tandoori masala, black pepper, salt. Set aside for 15 minutes
- Heat up oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken mixture and cook until water dries and chicken is tender.
- Heat up coal. Make some space between chicken..place a piece of aluminium foil and put the hot coal over it. Drizzle a few drops of oil on coal and then cover with a lid. The chicken will get coal smoke nicely.
