The ingredients needed to make Matoke meal:
- Take Boiled nyama,3 tomatoes,2 onions,pilipili hoo
- Prepare Matoke,potatoes
- Prepare Salt,garlic,Dania,royco

Steps to make Matoke meal:
- Cut onions and pilipili hoo and put them in a pot,add oil.
- Wait until the onions turns golden brown and then add u meat and potatoes.
- Add a small amount of water add wait for the potatoes to boil for a will…depending on the type of matoke u have…add u matoke,if matoke needs a lot of time to cook add them at the same time with potatoes.
- Add u tomatoes and wait for them to cook until there dry.
- Add u other species.Dania,royco,salt.
