- Prepare 2.1 /2 cup water or required

- In the mixi jar additionally add Coriander leaves and 1/2 lemon juice add water if u needed.
- Now grind this mixture to make a smooth paste. Keep aside
- Further heat the oil in a pan once oil is heat sufficiently. Add marinated chicken saute it well.
- Cover and cook couple of minutes stirring occasionally. After add grinded masala mixture mix well.
- Furthermore add 2.1/2 cup water or required, add garam masala, Chicken masala powder mix well.
- Now cover and cook until chicken well cooked. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
- Finally dhaba style simple and spicy chicken gravy is ready. Serve with roti, naan, chapati, rice or as u wish.
