  6. Next in a pan take 2 tbsp oil, into this saute the garlic and onions on medium flame, after a minute add in the capsicum. Season them with salt and 1tsp of pepper.
  7. Once the onions start to turn translucent add in the vinegar and give a nice stir then pour in Scheshwan sauce, soya sauce and ketchup.
  8. Stir everything well and continue cooking on medium flame.
  9. Into this add the fried broccoli and toss them well so that each broccoli gets nice coat of Scheshwan sauce.
  10. Cook for two minutes finally garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot with Scheshwan sauce. A little dip of hot tasty broccoli into Scheshwan sauce makes it irresistible.
