- In one bowl put every ingredients for pakoda except oil and water. Now, put enough water to make thick batter. Heat oil in pan. Take batter in big spoon & drop slowly in hot oil fry till slightly yellow, then remove.
- Let them cool. Then break pakoda in 2-3 pieces. Now fry them till they're crispy.
- FOR GRAVY: Heat some oil in a pan. Now, put chopped onion. Cook onion on slow gas till golden brown in colour. Now put chopped tomatoes, salt, green chillies, coriander powder, turmaric powder, red chilli powder, mix cook till tomatoes get soft. Put water mix boil for 5 mnts.
- Now in one bowl put little pakoda. On top of them put gravy. Sprinkle garam masala powder & coriander leaves. Serve with chapati.
