  1. Firstly take a kidney beans wash and strain it.
  2. Now in a cooker put kidney beans as needed water, bayleaf, 3 green cardamom, cinnamon stick, pinch of baking soda now pressure cook up to 5 whistles then turn on the slow heat and cook for 30 min.
  3. Now reduce the flame let's cool completely then check cooked properly or not
  4. Transfer in a bowl keep it aside.
  5. Now heat the cooker with mustard oil then add cumin, green cardamom, black cardamom cloves, stir and tempered it now add chopped onion saute it becomes translucent
  6. Now add all given spices and tomatoes, pinch of salt mix it properly on lower flame.
  7. When spices separates till oil then add cooked rajma mix it nicely.
  8. Again cover and cook for 1o min now last sprinkl meat masala and garnish with chopped coriander leaves mix it nicely with spatula.
  9. Now serving time garnishing with some fresh creem and ready to serve it 😊😊.
