- Mix all the spices well add saute them until oil has come out of the spices.. Now add 1 cup water and let it to boil then add the fish and brinjal pieces and some fresh chopped coriander leaves.. Let it cook in low medium flame for 5 minutes.. Tengra begun is ready to serve
