Urad Dal Ki Poori or Bedmi Poori is a popular puri from the Northern States of India. Stuff the pooris with spiced ground Urad dal for a delicious poori with sides dishes like aloo ki sabzi. - Now take a lemon size portion of the prepared dough and make a ball shape then roll it and make a poori shape.
- Then drop in it hot oil and deep fry until it becomes nice golden brown colour on medium heat.
- Then transfer the plate.
- With same process make these all pooris.
- Now reduce the flame, and enjoy with aaloo tomato curry or tea.
