- Prepare 1/2 tbsp amchur powder
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
It is a delicious Colocasia recipe which is crisp from outside and soft inside. This dish is a wonderful accompaniment to any of your main dishes. Wash colocasia well so that there is no dirt still there. Take it in a sauce pan and cover it with water.
Instructions to make Masala achari arbi(colocacia):
- Wash and boil arvi in pressure cooker till 2 whistles.
- When cool peel arbi and cut into slices and keep aside.
- In a kadhai add mustard oil when properly hot add asafoetida and fennel seeds, carom seeds, mustard seeds, kalonji stir all now add all spices and pieces of arbi.
- Add chopped green chilli and ginger slices now mix all together well.
- Achari arbi is ready for serve you can enjoy it with chapati or paratha
