Dry Fruit Gujiya is a deep fried pastry stuffed with sweet khoya and dry fruit filling. Here we have made the outer covering of the Gujiya using whole wheat flour, suji and milk. Dry Fruit Ghughra or Gujiyas or Kadubu (Karnataka) Recipe are nothing but pockets of pastry crust, filled with dry fruits and deep fried to a crispy golden finish. Ghughra also called as Gujiya in.

- Take maida in a bowl and add ghee into it and with the help of light hot water prepare a dough. Keep it aside for 30minutes.

- In same Kadhai add grated mava and roast it for 1/2minute and take it out in a bowl.
- In same bowl add grated coconut, roasted cashews and almonds, cardamom powder, chilongi, raisins, chopped fruits and mix it well.Then add bura and mix it.
- Now with the help of aata prepare small puris and fill it with the filling and give gujiya shape to it.
- In a kadhai add oil and deep fry gujiya in low flame and when it gets light brown take it out in a plate
