- For the DOUGH - Take all-purpose flour in a bowl and add ghee/oil to it, add salt, sugar, Ajwain (if you like)and mix it properly then add water slowly as we want the dough to be tight. After the dough is made keep that aside for 20 minutes
- For FILLING - Take oil in a pan and add onion and other masalas(as mentioned in ingredients)and let that cook for a while then add salt and boiled potatoes to that and mix well
- After making the dough and the filling, Shape the dough to cones(In youtube you will get how to shape them) and fill the filling inside the cone and seal that
- Finally take a pan, add 3 cups oil for frying the samosas and heat the oil at a high flame and make it medium once you start frying the samosas. This part will take around 10 minutes and after 10 minutes it will be ready to be served ❣️
