- Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masla powder
- Get 1 tsp Salt
- Prepare 1 tsp Oil
- Prepare Coriander leaves chopped
- Prepare 2-3 Green chillies chopped

Instructions to make Beef Balls Chowmein:
- 1.Boil spaggetti in salted boiling water for 6-8 minutes or till tender. Rinse under cold water. Drain and add 1 tsp oil to spagetti. Mix well and set aside.
- In a pan, add oil and heat on medium hot. Add sliced onion and fry now add garlic and ginger and fry for a minute.
- Now add all masla (chilli powder, zeera poweder, ginger powder, black pepper, salt) ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and cook for one minute now add beef mince balls. Add boil spagetti and cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.

- Method for mice balls: keep balls on low flame and boil in steam.
