It is very easier than the conventional idly which requires soaking , grinding, fermenting,etc. It is one of the instant breakfast variety we can do and get more. Instant rava idlis are enjoy as breakfast or evening snacks with coconut chutney. A low cal and healthy idli recipe with rava, the rava idlis are spongy, soft and quite easy to prepare.

Instructions to make Instant Rava idli:
  1. Grease your idly mould and keep it aside.
  2. Mix water,curd and semolina and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add salt in it.
  4. Now heat oil and fry all other ingredients other than soda and lemon juice.
  5. Now mix it in semolina batter.
  6. Your can add water in it to get idli style consistency.
  7. Now add lemon juice in it.
  8. Now add soda in it.
  9. Mix it well and pour it one by one in idli mould.
  10. Now steam it in steamer for 15 minutes.
  11. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
  12. Now remove it from mould and serve hot with coconut chutney.
  13. It tastes yummy
