Steps to make Sambhar and Peanut chutney:
  1. In a cooker put arhar. Lentil, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and water. Give it 3 to 4 whistles. Let it cool. Keep aside.
  2. Now in a karahi sauté mustard seeds for two minutes. Now add onion and stir fry for a few minutes. Now add rest of vegetables (carrot, beans, lady's finger, peas, tomatoes, sitafal etc.). Cook till it soften. Now add tamarind pulp and sambhar masala. Cook for another few minutes.
  3. Now in this karahi empty arhar lentil from cooker. And cook till sambar masala leaves it's aroma. Sambar is ready.
  4. Peanuts chutney - - -
  5. For chutney put coconut powder, peanuts, curd, green chilli and salt in a grinder and grind. You can add water if needed. Take it out in a serving bowl. Now sauté mustard seeds put hing, red chilli and curry leaves. Stir fry for a minute. Your tadka is ready and put this mixture in chutney bowl. Chutney is ready.
