Toss together to combine, place on your serving platter and top the spaghetti with the fresh arugula. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Add the butter and toss well, then add the tuna sauce, reserved pasta cooking water and basil and toss again. Season with salt and black pepper, transfer to a warmed bowl and serve at once.

- Boil spaghetti
- While the spaghetti is boiling, cut avocado into tiny pieces
- Mix ingredients except avocado with olive oil and seasonings while the spaghetti is still steaming hot. I suggest sesame, wasabi and soya sauce. Add chopped avocado as topping.
Add tuna, watercress, olives, lime rind, ginger, vinegar, oil and lime juice to hot pasta and toss to combine. This tuna salad gets added creaminess from avocado and packs a punch with jalapeno and onion. Mix avocados, tuna, tomato, jalapeno pepper, and white onion together in a bowl; season with salt.
