- Remove it to a plate to cool.
- Pour little more oil and add ginger and onions.. Separate the layers of cubed onions as this gives more aromatic chutney.
- Keep frying and stirring often till onion turn pinkish switch off the flame and let it cool.
- Add this ginger onion and roasted Dals to blender. Add salt and jaggery and soaked tamarind pulp.
- Blend to slight coarse texture Add water if needed to adjust the consistency
- Serve with any breakfast or snacks.
