- Make ready 3 Big cardamom
- Prepare 7 Small green cardamom
- Get 6-7 Cloves
- Make ready 8-10 Black peppercorns
- Get 3 Cinnamon sticks
- Get 4 Badiyan ka phool (aisle flower)
- Make ready 6-7 Aloo Bukhara
- Prepare To taste Salt
- Make ready 3-4 Fresh lemon (thin slices)
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Javantri(grinned)
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg (jaifal) (grinned)-
- Make ready 1 pinch Zarday Ka rang (dissolved in 2 tablespoons of milk)
- Take 1 tablespoon Kewra
- Take 4 tbsp Desi ghee
- Prepare 8-10 Green chillies

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices and let it cook unless it makes a noise. Spread a layer of biryani meat gravy (korma), spread a layer of rice and then pour yellow coloring. - After that add Tomatoes, yoghurt, LAL Mirch, Haldi, daighi mirch,dhaniya powder & all whole gram masalas, mix it well & add 2 glass water cover n cook until beef is more than half done
1. After that add potatoes with grinned Garam Masala, Javantri, nutmeg, alou bhukara, lemon & cook for couple of minutes
- When is full ready add green chilies, fresh coriander & mint leaves & kerwa - Meanwhile boil rice with zeera
1. Layerings - In a big pan add salan and then put the rice. Sprinkle zarday ka rang, remaining fried onions, fresh mint & coriander with desi ghee and Put on dum for 15-20 min - Tadda - Enjoy ur biryani
