- Take 250 gm Dalia/ porridge
- Make ready Salt
- Get 6 cups Chicken broth
- Get 2 tbsp chicken powder
- Get 1 tbsp Red chilli powder

- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

- Take 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
- Prepare Red Chutney
- Get 125 gm Talhar Red chillies

Basically Dalia is the Hindi term for broken cereals.
Instructions to make Porridge / Dalia:
- Take porridge in a pan and slightly bhonofy it.
- Now pour chicken broth in porridge and mix it well.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and water in it. Cook it in medium flame.
- Check out the porridge, if it is not properly cooked then add more water.
- When porridge is fully cooked, add chicken powder and mix it well. Porridge consistency should not be thick or watery.
- Pour Desi ghee in a fry pan, and add onions into it. When onions turns golden brown, add cumin seeds and cook for a while.
- Now pour ghee with onions and cumin seeds into the porridge. Mix it well.
- Serve it hot with raita, chutneys, and salad.
- Zeera Raita: mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Now raita is ready to serve
- Red chutney: take out the seeds from the chillies and soak them into water for 5 minutes.
- Now boil chillies and garlic for 3-5 minutes. (This water will use in blending too)
- Now blend chillies, garlic,salt, lemon and water in a blender. Now your Chutney is ready to serve.
- Salad: cut cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and green chillies (without seeds). Mix salt, 1 lemon juice,pinch of black pepper with vegetables. Your salad is ready 😊
