If u re using cashew dry roast and pulse it with the roasted rice. - - You could store the rice balls in an air tight container, it stays for a couple of weeks.
In a heavy bottom pan dry roast the rice, till its pops out and it turns gold en in color. You can use jaggery syrup also. The rice has to be roasted very well until the rice breaks and pops up. It cracks easily in your mouth. You can rinse with some water if you finds it difficult to make the balls.
